Besides the location, everything is terrible about this hotel. Even though the prices are fair, there is no communication with any manager of the hotel. They would not pick up the phone so we stood for an empty, closed hotel. The room itself was the worst i have ever experienced with a bunk bed that was completely unstable, falling apart and caused a safety concern. The bathrooms were dirty and not supplied with any toilet paper. The included breakfast was absolutely nonexistent, so dont count on that.

The service of the bar staff was alright. Went for a Halloween event, where I bought a ticket to attend a nightclub event in the main area of the "club". They ended up closing the main area entirely and tried to fit 200+ people into a tiny area, overflowing into the smoking area. 10/10 don't recommend on this alone. Too bad if you had bad asthma.

The kindness of the security personnel brought me to tears. I am autistic and am sensitive to sound. I forgot to bring my headphones and security offered me ear plugs so I was able enjoy the rest of my night.

I went here to watch a show, nad have done so multiple times. I've enjoyed it every time I've been there. Have never booked a room so I'm not rating that. It's a great area for public transport

Invited to try the dinner. Floor sticky, table dirty. Smelt terrible , cockroach running down the wall . Staff friendly. Food not to my liking

This place used to be absolutely pumping, big lineup to get in. I went on Saturday night and there was no one there. Disappointing.

Great place for live entertainment and DJ's. Nightclub, cocktail bar and oldschool pub in the same venue

Stayed 2 nights for the Newcastle v8 races. My first time staying at a pub. Friendly and helpful staff with karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights if you are into that. Clean honest and simple rooms with good security. Not luxury but also not bad.
